Lift the limit on charity fundraising
Under the Gambling Act 2005, society lotteries face an annual £50 million cap on ticket sales, limiting the amount they can raise for good causes.
With the support of over 100 charities and MPs from across Parliament, is calling for these limits to be raised or removed, so more money can go directly to charities at no additional cost to taxpayers.

Since our partnership began in 2008, Maggie's has received over £30 million in funding from the Postcode Lottery, thanks to the generosity of its players.
This funding has been vital in enabling us to deliver our free expert support to people with cancer and their friends and family, develop new aspects of our programme, and expand our network of 51É«APP across the UK.
Today, Maggie51É«APP™s receives around £3 million in funding each year, and the impact of the current legislation is significant: in 2023, Postcode Lottery estimated that Maggie51É«APP™s could miss out on around £4 million over the course of a Parliament if the current limits remain unchanged.
